The Complex That Changed Manila Nightlife
Before The Palace opened, Manila's nightlife was scattered across Makati bars and Eastwood clubs. The Palace consolidated the experience into a single compound with multiple venues, each with its own identity, and the result basically reset the standard for how the city parties. The production values, the talent bookings, the sheer scale of it. Nothing in Manila had really operated at this level before.
The complex has evolved a lot since it first opened. The biggest change: XYLO, the massive nightclub that was the main draw for years, officially closed in January 2026 after a seven-year run. It hosted its final set of parties through mid-January, and that was it. For a venue that had brought in international DJs and drew thousands on peak nights, the closure felt like the end of an era. But The Palace itself isn't going anywhere. The remaining venues have adapted and, honestly, some of them are better for it.
The Current Lineup
So what's actually open at The Palace right now? As of mid-2026, the complex runs four distinct venues, each catering to a different crowd and energy level.
Revel is the luxury lounge. Think bottle service, dark interiors, and a crowd that skews slightly older and more well-dressed. It's where you go if you want the nightlife energy without the full-on club chaos. Reservations are a good idea, especially on Saturdays. Contact them at 0917 311 8800.
Clubhouse is the closest thing to the old XYLO energy. It's loud, maximalist, and unapologetically a party venue. They do signature cocktails like "Bad Bunny's Slushies," and the vibe is more youthful and high-energy than Revel. If you're coming to dance, this is where you end up. Reach them at 0917 326 0088.

Medusa is the supper club concept, blending fine dining with late-night entertainment. You start with dinner and by the time dessert arrives, the music's already shifted gears. It's a different kind of night out. More curated, more theatrical. Call 0917 689 8888 for reservations.
Yes Please is the cocktail bar. Smaller, more intimate, and focused on drinks rather than spectacle. If you need a pre-game spot or just want good cocktails without committing to a full club night, this one works. Their number is 0905 339 7574.
"The thing about The Palace is that it's not one place. It's four different nights out in one compound. You can start at Yes Please, move to Medusa for dinner, end up at Clubhouse at 1 AM, and never leave the building. That flexibility is what keeps people coming back."
Practical Nightlife Guide
A few things to know before you show up. First: the dress code is real. They will turn you away at the door for rubber slippers, sandals, shorts, or tank tops (sandos). Smart casual is the minimum. On bigger event nights, the standard goes up. Bring a physical government-issued ID because they check, and they don't accept digital copies or screenshots. If you're under 18, you're not getting in.
Cover charges vary by night and event. Some regular weeknights may have free entry, but Fridays and Saturdays usually require a consumable entrance fee (meaning it's redeemable for drinks inside). For special events and headliner nights, expect higher cover charges. Table reservations are strongly recommended for weekends because walk-in lines get long and space fills up fast. Tables typically start around ₱10,000 for a minimum spend, and VIP areas go significantly higher.
Getting There
The Palace is at the north end of BGC, so it's not exactly next to the BGC bus stops on Market Market. Your best bet is Grab or a taxi. From Makati CBD, the ride takes about 15-20 minutes outside rush hour (and that's important, because you're probably heading here at 10 PM or later when traffic has cleared). If you're driving, there's parking available at Uptown Parade and the surrounding BGC buildings, but expect a bit of a hunt on Saturday nights.
From within BGC, it's a short ride from anywhere in the Fort. If you're staying at the Grand Hyatt or Uptown Mall area, you can walk. Just a heads up: the area around The Palace gets crowded with rideshare pickups around 2-3 AM when venues start closing, so book your ride early or expect a surge.
